Alta Verde At Coral Mountain

Carmela in La Quinta is a small gated community of just 101 homes in western La Quinta.  The Mediterranean inspired Homes range from 2685 to 3147 sqft.  Boasting 3 and 4 bedrooms.  Recent Carmela home values: $500s to $700’s. Recent HOA: $281


Desert Club Estates

This non-gated, walled community of single-family homes on estate sized sites is located at the intersection of Washington and Calle Tampico.  Walking distance to Old Town, Arnold Palmers, and the Civic Park, home prices range from approx. $350,000 – approx. $900,000 with no HOA

The Estancias at Rancho La Quinta Country Club

Hidden Canyon is a gated community directly adjacent to the La Quinta Resort. Extensive green belts and walking trails throughout create a family-friendly feel.  Homes range from 2400 to 3,464 square feet.  Here, you feel like you can reach out and touch the mountain. La Cantera

My first home purchase was here! It is an eclectic neighborhood but constantly growing and improving.  The views surround the cove and walking to great trails can be done from every area of the cove.  At the bottom of the cove are many restaurants, retail and grocery stores.   Definitely a neighborhood with neighbors you get to know and great for families. La Quinta Polo Estates
